Returns Policy

 

Returns will be accepted within 3 Days of receipt, where goods are returned in perfect condition and where possible in their original packaging with all tags attached. All of our products are handmade and inspected prior to shipping. We do not accept any returns for refund. Store credit only. We are not able to exchange products for same product because same product does not exist. All of our items are exclusive and only one is made. 

 

You can cancel your contract for sale of goods from us, by contacting our Customer Services team by phone, email with in 24 hours from the time you place your order.

 

• You will have to bear the direct cost of returning the goods and they must be returned within 3 days from the day on which you communicate your cancellation of the contract to us. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of 3 days has expired

 

• We will issue store credit upon receipts of product from you and inspecting it (except costs of delivery). We may make a deduction from the reimbursement for any ‘diminished value’ of goods e.g. worn clothing.



Shipping

Packages are generally dispatched within 1-2 business days after receipt of payment and are shipped with tracking and drop-off without signature. If you prefer delivery with required signature, an additional cost will be applied, so please contact us before choosing this method. Whichever shipment choice you make, we will provide you with a link to track your package online.

Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Handling fees are fixed, whereas transport fees vary according to total weight of the shipment. We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them. Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile objects.

Boxes are amply sized and your items are well-protected.
